  • Long Description: A new study has found that death rates for members of The United Methodist Church ages 15 and older are about a third higher than the national average. The Lewis Center for Church Leadership, based at United Methodist-related Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, examined the death rates of those 15 years and older in the denomination?s 62 U.S. annual conferences.
